The AOA Training camp #2
We are please to have the chance to get Brent Langbakk as master coach.
Objectives of the training camp Build on your COC's, WCOC's, BC & AB Orienteering Championship experience from this summer.
Lecture Session Sat night - Review Ontario Terrain
The training will focus on orienteering skills development rather than physicalfitness and endurance.
Training camp will be open to adult Intermediate and advance orienteers, and older Junior that will be approved from the Junior Coach Justine Scheck.
Cost includes the training sessions, material, accommodation and meals.
The Accommodation will be at the James River Children Retreat
* sleeping quarter and meals are provided
* you will be responsible for your own water
The map that will be used for the training are Beaver Lake, Coyote Canyon & Snake Hill
The training camp cost :
Early Bird AOA Members: $200
Early Bird Non AOA Members: $220
Early Bird AOA-Junior members: $150
