Sprint towards summer
A weekend of events including 4 sprints in the city followed by a classic forest event on Sunday morning.
Hosted by EOOC in Edmonton, Alberta, Friday May 6th to Sunday May 8th.
The events will include elite categories which will be used by Orienteering Canada as National Team selection races for the Canadian Team.
The 4th sprint, on Saturday afternoon, using a knock-out format similar to the World Orienteering Championships
will be for the High Performance Program athletes only; the other events are open to all members. A variety of courses will be offered including ones for beginners and intermediates
Registration is open on Zone 4

Friday 2:00 pm Sprint #1 Mill Creek Ravine.
Friday 6:00 pm Sprint #2 Coronation Park
Saturday 10:30 am Sprint #3 Kinsmen Park
Saturday 3:00 pm Sprint #4 Knock-out University of Alberta campus for High Performnce Athletes only.
Sunday 10:00 am Forest event at Dalmuir in Redwater Recreation Area
