| Location | on RR204, 7 km straight north of the 4 way stop and school in Bruderheim |
| Parking | Close to the Finish just west of the road (watch for the club banner). Parking is NOT allowed on the road. |
| Registration | online and on the day, on-site, from 11:00am until 1:00pm (beginner instruction available at the same time) |
| Starts | 11:00AM until 1:00PM |
| Courses close | 3:30PM– everyone must check back in by this time. |
